Hiring AS3 Developers and Designers

Wednesday, November 12th, 2008

Petty client work, ridiculous deadlines, projects without passion, monotony of the same old thing, day after day – work that doesn’t really mean anything.

Sound familiar?

But what if you could break out, and let your true abilities really shine, and be appreciated by thousands of new friends…

Let me ask you: have you ever wanted to be a part of something revolutionary in your industry? To create something that thousands of people use and rely on everyday, that really changes the face of an entire culture? How many chances does one get to do anything that’s actually really something?

Are you a talented and experienced AS3 ninja that can create OOP and MVC classes and engines as easily as one sleeps? Someone that really loves working on opensource projects to better the world. Or how about an interface rockstar that gets giddy when a transition has the prefect blur and alpha value that really makes the difference?

Have you been looking for that really glamourous and bleeding edge project that allows your creativity and attention to detail to take over, a time where everything goes by quickly because you’re having so much fun doing something that nobody else has done before?

Well – now’s the time. Here’s that one opportunity to be a leader in your field now that you can feel that passion really burning to be on the cutting edge of something better, even magical.

Someone’s looking for just that; someone’s looking for you. Get in touch now, won’t you?

Desuade and Flashloaded Partnership for Partigen

Monday, July 28th, 2008

After many months of preparation, the partnership between Desuade and Flashloaded to resale Partigen is now official and live.

Flashloaded will be reselling Partigen to it’s expansive customer base, allowing the word to get out about this powerhouse particle effects plugin for Flash. They have a huge market share for Flash components, and can provide great support to all of the new users they bring in.

Of course buying Partigen directly from Desuade is your best option, but for many other solutions, Flashloaded offers quite a selection of high quality components – be sure to check them out!

Partigen 1.1 Update Now Available

Monday, April 28th, 2008

The long awaited 1.1 update to Partigen is finally here!

This is the first update since its initial release, and I find it quite remarkable there have been no critical bugs requiring one. Needless to say, this is quite a nice upgrade, offering decreased file size, improved performance, and a much refined UI.

A 15-day trial is now being offered for those of you who wish to take it for a test-drive before purchasing. The trial functionality is possible by the Desuade Licensing Platform that handles serials, activations, and licenses.

What are you waiting for? Get the full details on the Partigen homepage.

Partigen Reviewed In Layers Magazine

Monday, December 10th, 2007

Marcus Geduld from Layers Magazine has reviewed Partigen in the recent November/December 2007 issue of Layers Magazine.

While giving it a rating of 4/5, Marcus calls Partigen a “fantastic plugin” and saying that he “grudgingly admits this blows After Effects out of the water”.

Partigen 1.0 Now Available

Thursday, July 26th, 2007

Here it is folks, Desuade Partigen is now available for immediate purchase.

It’s been a crazy past 18 months getting here, but it’s finally done. For now.

I’d like to personally thanks Michael, Cole, Karl, Pete, Jay, Steph, Mom & Dad, the rest of my family, and anyone else I forgot that has put up with the entire ordeal. I love you all and sincerely appreciate all the support for over the past year and a half. I won’t say that I couldn’t have done it without everyone, because that’s far too cliche, but I will say that it wouldn’t have been nearly as successful without you all.

I’ve put the last year of my life into this, and it’s been worth every minute.

I sincerely hope you enjoy using Partigen!

Desuade.com Soft-Launches

Monday, June 25th, 2007

The first Desuade website launches!

This is the first phase of the site launch, and as you can tell some of the sections shown in the footer are not yet available. The rest of these pages, including with the forums, will be launched when Partigen is released.

In the interim, if you notice any horrible bugs or have any suggestions, I’d love to know. There will be a few more graphics added and tweaks here and there the next few days, so keep an eye out. Oh, and the design may change a bit for the release, but I think this is plenty nice to start with.

So take a look around, learn a bit about me and my company, and of course, check out Partigen!

Partigen Documentation Now Online

Sunday, June 3rd, 2007

The documentation for Partigen 1.0 is now online. This is the (en) English version of the documentation that comes with Partigen, as available in the help inside of Flash.

If anyone has any experience with a trusted translation service for documentations, please share! Automated services won’t cut it – a developer native in the language is required to make sure things get translated as best as possible. Many developers know English, so there’s no pressing need to get it translated right away. Based on gathered user data, it seems that the biggest priority would be Japanese.

If you would like the documentation translated into your language, be sure to leave a comment as well.
